தினமலர் நாளேட்டின் மீது மான நஷ்ட வழக்கு தொடர்வது குறித்து திமுக தலைவர் கருணாநிதியின் உத்தரவின் பேரில், சட்ட வல்லுனர்களோடு ஆலோசனை நடைபெற்று வருவதாக தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. இன்றைய தினமலர் நாளேட்டின் முதல் பக்கத்தில், ஜப்பானைத் தாக்கிய சுனாமியையும், தயாளு அம்மாள் விசாரிக்கப் பட்டதையும், இணைத்து, சுனாமி என்ற பெரிய தலைப்பை போட்டு ஜப்பானை புரட்டிப் போட்டது, திமுகவை கலங்கடித்தது என்று படத்தோடு செய்தி வெளியிட்டிருந்தது.
இச்செய்தியைப் பார்த்து, கடும் கோபம் அடைந்த கருணாநிதி உடனடியாக தினமலர் நாளேட்டின் மீது மான நஷ்ட ஈடு வழக்கு தொடர உத்தரவிட்டதாகத் தெரிகிறது. இதையடுத்து, மதுரையில் உள்ள ஒரு வழக்கறிஞரோடும், சட்டத் துறை செயலாளர் தீனதயாளனோடும், இன்று ஆலோசனையில் ஈடுபட்டதாகவும் தெரிகிறது. சட்ட வல்லுனர்கள் இந்த விவகாரத்தை ஆலோசித்து விட்டு, தினமலர் வெளியிட்டுள்ள புகைப்படத்தில், தயாளு அம்மாளோடு, அரசு கூடுதல் வழக்கறிஞர் (Additional Government Pleader) பரந்தாமன் நின்று கொண்டிருப்பதாகவும், சிபிஐ விசாரணை நடத்தும் போது, அரசு வழக்கறிஞர், விசாரிக்கும் நபரோடு இருப்பது, மரபு மீறல் என்றும், சட்டச் சிக்கலை உருவாக்கும் என்றும் கருத்து தெரிவித்ததால், எப்படி வழக்கு தொடர்வது என்று, யோசித்துக் கொண்டிருப்பதாகவும் தகவல்கள் கூறுகின்றன.

Would anyone tell me what happened to our Great Andimuthu Raasa? No news about him for soooo long! Poor guy! They have made him a scapegoat now! Look at the smile of Kanimozhi! I hope Raasaa's wife and children sees that smile and decide for themselves what Karunanidhi's family is all about!

The suspect can request for the officials to enquire in the premises. Apparently there is a provision like that in the rules. The suspects here may have requested CBI accordingly.
I wish the suspects do not insist that they be house-arrested when they are to be jailed...hope they end in Tihaar and give company to our Great Leader, Andimuthu Rajaa
And above all, if the wife and the husband stay in the same house and the wife is indulging in a business activity and if the husband is the most powerful politician in the State, does it not imply that Karunanidhi should have participated in the conspiracy? Is Dayaluammaal so independent and a professional businesswoman that she could have taken all business decisions without consulting her husband, the panangaatu kulla nari?
My question is why is CBI not interrogating Karunanidhi when there are strong grounds that he could have participated in the criminal conspiracy of obtaining illegal/bribe money for funding Kalaignar TV?
And what is Cong upto? Wont this not affect the alliance before elections? If so, why is Cong after Karuna's family now?
There are too many unanswered questions that make this interrogation very suspect! There is some other gameplan! Lets wait & watch
Be that as it may, the following questions arise - what are the sources of funds for Mrs Dayaluammal and Mrs (?) Kanimozhi for investing in Kalaignar TV? Does their income tax (IT) returns reflect surplus investible cash? Has the CBI checked these IT returns? Does Karunannidhii and his wife file separate IT returns? If it is a IT return filed as a Hindu (?) Undivided Family, then does it match with the information filed by Karunanidhi when he filed his papers for Chepauk constituency? Does the IT returns of Kanimozhi match with the papers she filed her nomination paper for Rajya Sabha seat?

ஆனால் தற்போது INNOVA கார் தான் எங்கே போனாலும்.. தினமும் மாலையில் அறிவாலயம் செல்ல தவறமாட்டார் ... தொடக்க காலத்தை விட தற்போது ஓர் அளவிற்கு ஆங்கிலம் பேச கற்று கொண்டார் .. தினமும் பல ஆயிரங்களையாவது, வங்கியில் தன் சேமிப்பு கணக்கில் போடாவிட்டால் .... அவருக்கு தூக்கமே வராது..... அந்த மாதிரி ....
